The VP's office told us at 4:30 that they wanted to leak something on
this, and we (DPC/First Lady's Office) got them paper (approved by HHS,
OMB, etc.) within 30-45 minutes. I'm not sure how we could have been more
responsive.

Also, I think you might check with the press office to figure out
whether/how leaking the other events fits into their overall strategy on
getting things out this week.
