The Senate reconvenes at 12 noon for morning business. At 1:00, the
Senate will debate the motion to proceed to debate on S. 104, the Nuclear
Waste Policy Act of 1997 (cloture vote on Tuesday) .

Tuesday, April 8th
At 5:15 pm, the Senate will vote on cloture on the motion to proceed to S.
104, the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1997 (The vote was originally
schedule for 2:15pm.)

Administration sent a SAP O&strongly opposingOS the amendment.
